Dr. Samaria Divine is a Hebrew Bible/Old Testament scholar whose mission is to bridge the gap between the church and the academy. She has a passion for educating and communicating with non-academic audiences who are interested in understanding the Bible better. This passion inspired her to start her Tiktok platform, The Bible Scholar.

She holds a Master of Divinity from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, and a PhD in Hebrew Bible from the University of Georgia. Dr. Divine proudly hails from Liberia, West Africa, and is a lifelong Christian.
